Those three sounds not bad. Also concentrating on BTC is a good choice imo since it is a quite safe bet. My approach is similar though I do mainly Bitcoin and a bit of Hive as I use this everyday.
My target area for the next Bullrun though is higher, I expect BTC to end up between 200-300k within the next few year, maybe even a bit higher if we get some real euphoria.
And I have a question regarding NEAR: you really expect it to do a 1000x since you put a 3k Target price, or is that a typo? My view here is that we could see maybe a 5-10x.

It was a type; #3K is the threshold until which I will buy Ethereum and $3 for NEAR. The exit points are $5-6k for ETH and $6-10 for NEAR - thus I expect x2 or x3 for NEAR.
And yeah, I accumulate HIVE as well but through curation and other activities, less as part of the DCA strategy.
