At present the Microsoft share is favorable as rarely. 30 percent discount from the high is not seen so often with this quality company. Background is, as currently everywhere, the weakening economy and the correspondingly weaker quarterly figures.
However, sales continue to grow double-digit by 12 percent and the valuation is with a P/E ratio (2022) of 25 clearly below the long-term average, which is over 30.

The fact that the company is fundamentally doing well is also shown by its consistent dividend policy. Thus, they are raising the dividend by 10 percent this year as well. Like clockwork.

For me at this level, a long-term buying opportunity, which I also used last week with a tranche.

Chart-wise, we are now coming to an important support at around $230-240. That could provide support. In the end, however, it depends mainly on the overall market at the moment and this in turn hangs on the lips of the Fed and its interest rate policy. So it remains exciting...

Derzeit ist die Microsoft Aktie günstig wie selten. 30 Prozent Rabatt vom Hoch sieht man nicht so oft bei diesem Qualitätsunternehmen Hintergrund ist, wie derzeit eigentlich überall, die sich abschwächende Konjunktur und die dementsprechend schwächeren Quartalszahlen.
Der Umsatz steigt aber weiter zweistellig um zuletzt 12 Prozent und die Bewertung liegt mit einem KGV (2022) von 25 klar unter dem langfristigen Durchschnitt, der bei über 30 liegt.

Dass es dem Unternehmen fundamental gut geht zeigt auch die konstante Dividendenpolitik. So hebt man auch dieses Jahr die Dividende um 10 Prozent an. Wie ein Uhrwerk.

Für mich auf diesem Niveau eine langfristige Kaufchance, die ich letzte Woche auch schon mit einer Tranche genutzt habe.

Charttechnisch kommen wir jetzt an eine wichtige Unterstützung bei rund $230-240. Das könnte Halt geben. Am Ende hängt es aber vor allem am Gesamtmarkt derzeit und dieser hängt wiederum an den Lippen der Fed und ihrer Zinspolitik. Es bleibt also spannend…
