Yes, it is, and I'm seeing exactly that happen more now, so many people who are trying and doing their best, are becoming demotivated and demoralized. This is so not right, and I want to do something about it, but I have no clue how to actually help or make it better. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
