I think I know now

One challenge I've had for a while is figuring out what path to take to grow my career. Now that I'm part of a massive company in the insurance industry, the next step for me is figuring out how to climb up the ladder.

I'd ideally prefer to get a better role at the company I currently work in but I'm also very open to broadening my horizon. So, when I'm done with my trainings and stuff, I'll be looking to apply for roles within and outside.

I've been deep diving the insurance industry in recent days, trying to know the best qualification that'll set me apart or at least put me in line to get better roles. This quest took me into the website of chartered insurance institute in the UK and I'll be doing courses there.

I recently paid for the membership and now that I'm a member, I have access to a lot of tools to grow my career within the industry. I'll be looking up mentorship programs and career building type stuff to improve my chances of landing a better role.

It'll take a while and will require a lot of patience but I think I'll get there eventually. It'll cost a fair bit of money and so, I'll have to manage my funds even more and make sure that I've got enough to survive in the next few months.
