Hive recently hit the headlines as a result of a wave of interest from investors. The asset got listings from pretty much every single exchange on the planet and well, that just perpetuated the pump.
I've been watching it all unfold and thinking up strategies that'll help me maximize hive gains. Ultimately, my aim is to end up with more hive in my wallet.
At the moment, I have a war chest if around $600 just waiting in Binance to pounce on any slip up in price. The problem is we're currently in a period of volatility and I just don't think this is the best time to buy.
My plan is to sell at the local top and then buy back at the bottom. The problem with my plan is that I'm shooting at moving targets.
Timing the local top and bottom requires tactical nous that I simply don't have the facilities for. I've been advised to DCA but that strategy works for people that are looking at long term wealth security, rather than short term scalps.
I want to scalp as much hive as I can by buying as many bottoms that present themselves. I just need to know where it what the bottom is and how to catch it at the right time.
I'm also powering down hive but don't take it the wrong way. All that hive is coming back. If my strategy actually works out, the hive I'm powering down now will fetch me even more hive.
I want to end this year with 10k hive power and while that will require a DCA strategy, I'll also need a trading strategy that takes advantage of the waves in the market.
