Celebrating 6 years on the Hive blockchain and even more

Just these days I got a new personal badge for 6 years on the Hive blockchain and that showed me how fast time passes when you you have a good time. And that is just the amount since the Hive forked as I am present on this blockchain since 2017, but together with the fork I have moved all my funds to a new account. Summed up that would be around 9 years, which I cannot believe how much I have been around the Hive blockchain and the ecosystems built here.

This was a journey with ups and downs, with hype and despair and considering how many crypto projects fail each year, I believe that the Hive blockchain stood the test of time. We had and still have big expectations from this ecosystem, even now when the price is under $0.10. But the user base and communities from here are the ones that are keeping the flame burning and help it survive in the hardest times.

Another year has passed and I am still here and believe in HIVE above everything that's around in this ecosystem. The power and responsibility that it holds we all can feel it and through being here, holding and even investing we can participate in shaping its future. It is not easy, many of us gave up, but I still see the light at the end of the tunnel and I believe that with some innovative ideas and smart moves, we might transform this space into something much greater.

What the future will bring us is hard to predict, but what I believe is that we need to improve the tokenomics by spending more carefully and focus on projects and futures that capture value from the outside word and bring it within. With all the clouds that are upon the crypto market in general and Hive blockchain ecosystem in special, I think that there are still some sun lights that keep us going. I am one of the "optimists" from around here and I hope this ecosystem will keep on going and growing.
