A quest para encontrar o caminho para Yalahar começa ao se juntar a Explorer Society. As quests da Explorer Society são separadas das quests In Service of Yalahar. Mas para pedir a missão "The Way to Yalahar" para o NPC Wyrdin é necessário que você faça parte da Explorer Society.

O segundo método é buscando em um dos respawns diários que elas aparecem sempre depois do Server Save. Pode ser difícil conseguir principalmente em server novo já que é bem disputado. Existem apenas 6 locais conhecidos onde elas aparecem diariamente.

Após entregar a Dwarven Pickaxe você já fará parte e poderá pedir a missão "The Way to Yalahar" para o NPC Wyrdin.

Pedindo uma missão pro NPC Wyrdin na torre central da Academia de Edron, ele pede que você busque algumas Research Notes com o correspondente da Explorer Society em Yalahar e para isso você pode usar o barco do Max que fica em Liberty bay.

Chegando em Liberty Bay você deve sair do barco principal e ir pro barco que fica a direita, ele é o barco do meio entre os 3 barcos que estão no porto. Falando com Max que precisa ir pra Yalahar ele te cobrará 400moedas e te levará para Yalahar e seu acesso está pronto!

Completando a missão

Após chegar em Yalahar vá até o NPC Timothy e peça as Research Notes, após receber é só entregar em Edron e seu Quest Log será atualizado e a quest "The Way to Yalahar" estará completa em seu quest log dentro do grupo "In service of Yalahar"

Após ter completado a quest você pode fazer a quest opcional "Searoutes Around Yalahar" que serve para você poder ir para Yalahar de outros barcos além do barco do Max. Se você optar por fazer a Searoutes você poderá utilizar os barcos das cidades de Ab'Dendriel, Ankrahmun, Carlin, Darashia, Liberty Bay, Porte Hope, Thais e Venore. Por um preço bem mais acessível do que os 400gp cobrados pelo NPC Max e essas serão viagens do barco normal de cada uma dessas cidades, tanto de ida quanto de volta.

Para fazer a quest você precisa falar com a NPC Karith que fica em Yalahar no barco da direita. Você precisa levar 5 itens de 8 opções para ela se interessar em fazer a rota de Yalahar para outras cidades Tibianas. Os itens para ser escolhidos são.
