What Makes "The Usual Suspects" so Special

"The Usual Suspects" is an American film produced in 1995, considered one of the greatest films in the history of cinema, and one of the most complex and exciting stories ever made. The whole idea revolves around a big crime and certain people who were arrested, each of them has a different story from the other, and each one has his own motives. But in the end, they all have one thing in common, which is a mysterious character named "Kaiser Sossie", whose exact identity is unknown, but it is certain that he is a dangerous and deceitful person.

What made the film so special is the style they followed in the narration. The beginning is simple, a group of suspects who were arrested in a robbery incident. Each one of them has his own past, but nothing is clear at the beginning. After that, the investigator begins to investigate each one of them individually, and discovers that each one of them had a role in the crime, but each one tells a different story. The idea here is that everyone tries to show themselves innocent or not involved, but the truth begins to be revealed as events develop.

The thing that caught my attention the most in the movie is the dramatic transformations. When you think you understand the story, something new appears that changes everything. The movie is full of surprises from beginning to end, especially at the end, which was a real shock. This ending was one of the greatest endings in the history of cinema, and it was so surprising that people are still talking about it and analyzing all its details.

As for the characters, the movie presented a group of talented actors such as Kevin Spacey, Benicio Del Toro, and Stephen Bolchmi, and each one of them presented a complex and influential character. But the character that caught my attention the most was Kevin Spacey, who presented the role of "Vert", a person who is unable to move normally, and this was an amazing artistic transformation.

Ultimately, "The Usual Suspects" is not just a crime movie, it's also a cinematic experience that lets us see how the story can transform and change with every moment. What makes this movie special most is the clever way of narrating the events, which keeps the viewer in a state of tension and anticipation until the last moment.
