I DO NOT HAVE A FAVORITE MOVIE

When it comes to movies, I don’t think I can’t ever pick one as a favorite. If I attempt to mention one, another amazing one pops into my head and I’m ‘nahhh, this won’t work’. I have seen a lot of amazing movies that are masterpieces. I loved some for the fun of it, some for the lessons learned, some for the way I just connected to it.

I want to talk briefly about a few of them, take this as the first part, because, my list is endless, for real.

GHAJINI

This movie was too painful for my liking. I can watch this movie over and over again and still feel the pain I felt the first time I saw it. It is a Bollywood movie released in the year 2008. It was my uncle that told me about the movie for the first time and I fell in love with it so much.

The movie started with a story of a man with a medical condition that forgets everything once it has already passed 15 minutes since the situation occurred. He had this big scar on his head, so there was actually a lot of questions about what could have happened to him.

MOANA

This movie actually passes as my favorite animation everrr. I love it so much and I can never get tired of seeing it. I was working at this electrical store, where my then madam has three cute girls. They told their uncle they wanted to see Moana that faithful day and I shamelessly joined them😂

After that day, the kids wanted to go ahead and see other movies. Guess what? I was begging them that we should see Moana again😂💔 Because they loved me very much, they agreed and that happened many times. It probably became annoying to them and they would be like ‘everytime, aunty wumi will be watching Moana, she likes it too much’😂😭 I just freed them to watch anything they liked anytime and funny enough, they still suggest Moana sometimes.

Do I need to drop a storyline for Moana? Everyone has seen this movie, right? And knows all the songs as well?

Okay, maybe not. It’s a story of a girl that has been drawn to the ocean since she has been a little child. She always feel like she had a purpose to fulfill and it’s until she goes out there before it can come true. Her dad was the village chief who once lost his best friend to the sea, so he discouraged her so much and told her to focus on continuing his legacy and becoming the next chief.

There is a back story that would be hard to explain if you haven’t seen it. So, actually, you should see this animation, it is really nice and interesting😌

DRISHYAM

This is also one Bollywood movie I love so much! Anytime I think about the story line, I am always wowed over and over again. It has two parts and honestly, you would ask for moreee!🥹

It’s the story of a man who outsmarted the law, despite being an illiterate, to protect his family. He would go to any length to keep his family safe and together. This movie has a lot of suspense and you just wouldn’t see a lot coming.

HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER

Do you think there is no perfect series? Apparently, you are so damn wrong. This particular series is so nice that my favorite character died and the movie was still making a lot of sense. There were no errors and a lot was happening, even till the end. Whoever wrote that movie is a genius and the characters? Don’t let me get started🥹 The only thing I didn’t like about the movie was the end, it seemed a little rushed to me. Maybe they just didn’t want to prolong the movie too much.

HAVE YOY SEEN ANY OF THESE MOVIES? WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THEM?

Thanks for reading❤️
