I love that song... Love it! (I sing is sometimes... don't tell!)
Honey, angel, beautiful lady...
What has changed in the last few weeks for you.
Maybe go back and start there?
Any new come into your life or returned to your life?
Any new foods or eating patterns?
What has changed in your world recently?
I feel the same about the song, too. Hehe
Hmm, momma bear. A lot. I have been eating less, getting too stressed, and everything has changed. But, I am trying my best to sort things out, though, like we always do, one step... little steps matter... just like that.
Oh
So I had a thing this week.
Some folks in the village have taken umbrage to me.
And a couple (or more) other humans in the village. There's a "group' that pretty much runs the show around here (as usual)
So they took it upon themselves to smash the car I finally got. And, of course, nobody in the village will talk or help because everyone is terrified of them. I'll share more later when I'm not living here because I'm more "woke" these days, as to how this works (doesn't work) and how to deal with this type of thing in my country. It is what it is and one must work smart.
But this incident (for me after doing this stuff for some years) goes like this:
So it's worth trying to pin point when this reaction began, see. This will give you a clue as to what you may need to go back and deal with. And this may also take time. i.e what interaction, conversation, movie, post, whatever...
For now managing it is fine.
Walking in nature (barefoot!); making sure you eat and drink water (! force yourself to if you don't feel like it); I take half an over the counter sleeping pill and go to bed super early during times like this; I make sure I filter my content online (only happy, uplifting stuff); mindfullness practices like yoga and physical exercise; dancing and music (for me = I just had a great boogie for half an hour in my lounge on my own! π)
i.e "grounding" activities (see DBT for good ones) Not sure why they don't teach this in schools π§

Do this until is passes but for the future this is where I really started to make connections.
Just start there.
And do it as often as you can.
I am aware of this 100% the whole day I'm awake now. I've been practicing this for years though.
I know immediately when to take some kind of action these days to "ground" myself before it escalates. And it also alerts me to things that aren't necessarily good for me to be around.

I'd suggest you start there :)
Only suggestions. You've got this!
But, in my experience, unless you find the cause this will probably keep happening to you.
And, in my experience again, it can be permanently fixed.
