My Encounter With A Stranger On Suit

I had a friend of mine and colleague at work who got married two years ago and during the time when the wedding would be taking place, I decided to travel for the wedding a day before in other to get where he stays so that I can meet up for the wedding the following day.

I haven't been to the state before so I decided to support by showing up for his wedding. The journey was about six hours and during my time while traveling I was updating my friend where I was in other to get to his place without missing the location.

When I finally got to the state of my friend in the western part of Nigeria, I then called my friend who was about to get married to come and pick me, he then said I should take a bike that I will get to one T-junction and if I get there I should call him and he would come and pick me.

Finally, I got to the T-junction and when I was about calling my friend, I noticed my phone is no longer with me it have been misplaced and at that point I don't know what to do because I kept it in my pocket.

I begged the bike man to take me back to where he picked me maybe along the road I would see the phone but despite everything I didn't see it. I even used the bike man phone to dial my phone number and to be honest it was switched off. At that point I don't know what to do and the only option I had was to wait for my friend at the T-junction with hope that he would come.

Then I waited at the T-junction and while I was there I saw a man who was wearing suit inside hot sun but I didn't bother because it might be his choice and it's none of my business. Then I walked up to him and narrated what happened to me while I was waiting there.

He was so unhappy hearing my story and told me he would help me locate where my friend stays and I shouldn't bother much. I thanked him but he said I shouldn't thank him but I still did. Then he said the person that was getting married was also his friend.

At that point I didn't bother asking him much questions because I was just eager to meet my friend and leave that vicinity. The stranger then took me to a long walk and while we were walking together I started noticing some strange things about him, he would laugh seriously for three seconds and stopped.

I pretended not to notice it until he started dancing abnormal and at that point I decided to run for my life before this guy would bite me. Damn I was walking with a mad man without knowing and while I was running this guy chased me.

Double trouble, I don't know which one to face whether I should look for my friend or run for my dare life. While I was running I threw my bag away so that I could run faster but then the mad man stopped chasing and went to pick my bag.

I was opportuned to see two guys on the road and explained what happened because they saw the whole scene and helped me collect my bag back by chasing the mad man, though it wasn't easy but I got my stuff back. It was then I decided to use one of the guys phone to call my brother who have my friend number who was getting married to call that line and that was how I finally reached my friend.

Though he was worried that my phone went off and after narrating everything to him he felt sorry and pleaded. Ever since that day I always confirm if people who wear suit were normal at any T-junction 🤣.
