A talkative in the bus

Traveling is always one experience I love a lot because I am always opportuned to meet people, see places and experience a lot of things in the road. One major aspect I love the most is that there always seem to be a very funny person that is always on the bus to keep everyone happy whenever I travel and I really don't know why it is so but my conclusion was that everyone's character can never be same so it is normal.

I remember traveling from Lagos to Abuja somewhere in Nigeria and the journey by road to my destination was 12hrs which is really a long journey to embark on. I sat at the back of the driver seat, sitting very close to the window so that I can see and observe things that is happening very clearly in the road.

The bus was occupied by 12 passengers and the driver making it 13 people in the bus and by 7am our journey started. There was a guy who sat close to me then a lady beside the guy and seeing them, they look cool because I believe everyone would mind their business till we get to our destination.

The guy beside me greated me and we exchange pleasantries which is however a normal thing to do. He asked me where my final destination was and when I told him, he was excited because it was the same place we were going to.

I thought maybe that is where all the little conversation we had will end not knowing that it was just an intro. I am a type of person that likes listening to music whenever I travel and to enjoy my music more I use earphones.

The guy beside me was already creating scene in the bus that got everyone laughing and the first thing he said was "this driver is driving slow no wonder he wore a tortoise cap". Though some people were against it because they feel he shouldn't disturb the driver since he was on steeering and the speed he maintained was normal.

The driver at first didn't like the statement but after sometime they both joke on it. This guy was the only one talking for almost 5 hours non stop and what he was saying wasn't even our business but he kept talking. The point I really don't like was when he keeps tapping me and if I should look at his face ahh there's problem because he won't stop talking to me and if I eventually try to look away, he will tap me again lol.

He was saying a lot of things about his life like maybe I will be the solution because I really don't get the point why a man would be talking that much. I then pretended to be asleep for some minutes and to be my greatest surprise this guy tap me again and what he said next was ""oga you dey sleep". I replied him in my mind that no I am the one driving because I don't get the question anymore.

The next thing he said was me I can't sleep inside the bus because i would find the journey boring when am not a lady lol. Then someone replied him from the back that you can't sleep but you can make noise without resting.

I have really not encounter this kind of talkative before in a bus but it was quite exciting even though it was annoying, I still enjoyed my journey.
