Yeah we are pretty good on recycling. The council provides us with different colour bins, but you still end up with loads of people just dumping everything in the general waste bin, especially a large percentage of the immigrants here.
That would be cool if you got a tin whale made!

Some people here, or should I say many people here don't even bother with bins, as they simply toss the rubbish outside. Not only is it a real eye sore, but rats and other pests invade the trash heaps that eventually form, and it can make the people sick. Our rivers are also favorite dumping places.
I will talk to some recyclers about it, and I have bookmarked your post.
