We ended up at Lila Restaurante & Banquet Hall after my mom and dad invited us to dinner. It wasn't really a special occasion or a planned food trip... we just accepted the invitation and enjoyed a meal as a family. ❤️

I honestly didn't think I would have much to write about this place. 😂 But looking through the photos afterward made me realize that it's about the moments you get to keep.
The place gave us a nice setting for a relaxed family dinner. We got to sit down, eat together, talk, and just enjoy.

Of course, I also took some photos of the food, the place, and our family dinner. Because what's a visit to a place without taking pictures, right?

We ordered a few dishes, including pumpkin soup, mushroom soup, chop suey, and fried chicken.

The soups were a nice way to start the meal. We had both pumpkin soup and mushroom soup, so everyone could try a little of each.
But between the two soups, though, the mushroom soup wins for me. 🥰
The pumpkin soup was okay, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd definitely go for the mushroom soup. It was creamy, flavorful, and really tasty.
The whole meal was also pretty satisfying because we had vegetables and protein. So in a simple way, it felt like we had a little bit of everything on the table. ☺️
After dinner, we went outside... And there was a lot more to enjoy beyond the dining area.
There were so many koi fish swimming in the water, and they seemed to enjoy staying around the little waterfall.

I could have watched them for a while because there were so many of them gathered in that area.
It was also filled with little decorative details on the little bridge that made the area more charming. There were hanging butterflies with lights. 😍 🦋

I also noticed the bright red flowers, woven baskets, and white lace parasols around the area.

Each decoration added to the place, making it fun to look around and take photos.

I didn't expect to have much to write about this visit, coz it was just a simple dinner invitation from my parents.
But that's probably what I like about keeping photos.
Sometimes, you don't realize a moment is worth remembering until you look back at it.
That evening, we just rode an e-bike with my hubby and Aiden. Ryzen was sleeping, so we left him with his grandmother.
So yeah...
It was just a simple family evening, but it turned into another little memory worth putting on the map. 📍❤️
Until my next simple dinner...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
