The Reality of Scaling a System
I've hit a problem in the system that I made, well, it's a problem where the data in the database grows even larger than I think, well, it's from the data that is being specified for that certain accounts and not thinking about a bloated inserts by creating lots of account.
It was a miss on my end that I didn't see it coming where there were what ifs scenarios that makes sense, one of that was what if the user base grows, how much of the data of the database will allocate and things like this and like that.
Well, I just experience that one in the past couple of days where I get to hit that one because it has samples of more than a thousand users and I never expected that after it got a thousand of users, there were lots of data or jobs that were inserted in the database, one thing that I forgot about things on hardcoded ones and also the fallbacks that gave it more hassle on the end of the developers when they are being deployed.
I was working with this now to adjust the fix and do adjustments on the system since this will make the system much robust in the system itself. As I am continuing with fixing the bugs, I was also thinking on when will this be deployed, well, I can deploy this until all the bugs and some changes will be made.
Whenever I am finished with these bugs and fixes, I am going to deploy them and once and introduce these to my friends for a beta testing if they will enjoy it or not. Well, I hope for the best for this one that this will become success and really helps these people who are looking for a job and to get them the best client that they have.
