Just now came across a bubble breaking survey that shouldn’t be shocking (as we are part of society) but yet it was. What i heard was

“Atleast 1/3rd of female mbbs graduates are jobless as some of them quitted their profession and some are jobless and looking for better opportunities instead of good”

Leaving the debate what has happened before but at this time arena I believe there is dire need of man-woman synchronisation.There is utter need to orient attention towards women role in practical life along with women education.

لقد صدر للتو استطلاع لكسر الفقاعات، ولا ينبغي أن يكون صادمًا (لأننا جزء من المجتمع) ولكنه كان كذلك على أي حال. ما سمعته كان

"ما لا يقل عن ثلث خريجات ​​بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة عاطلة عن العمل حيث أن بعضهن تركن مهنتهن وبعضهن عاطلات عن العمل ويبحثن عن فرص أفضل بدلاً من الفرص الجيدة"

وبغض النظر عن الجدل حول ما حدث من قبل، أعتقد أن هناك حاجة ماسة في هذا الوقت إلى التنسيق بين الذكور والإناث. هناك حاجة قوية للاهتمام بتعليم المرأة وكذلك دور المرأة في الحياة العملية.

Talking about Pakistan and india, here mostly students dream of just two professions(degree indeed) MBBS and engineering where mbbs craze is at apex.

Strives for mbbs doesn’t last for year or two ,it’s actually four year journey when each second you anticipate yourself on the seats of any prestigious medical college. And the day comes when some call their guardians with glees and tell them their hardwork payed off and some call them to ask whose Dhooda(sweet dish) will you like to have ….Ameen or Anwar dhoda house …..as we run short of aggregate 😂(like i did😂).

عند الحديث عن باكستان والهند، يحلم معظم الطلاب هنا بمهنتين فقط (درجة علمية بالفعل) بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة والهندسة حيث يصل جنون بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة إلى ذروته.

إن السعي للحصول على بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة لا يستمر لمدة عام أو عامين، بل هو في الواقع رحلة مدتها أربع سنوات، حيث تنتظر نفسك في كل ثانية على مقاعد أي كلية طبية مرموقة. ويأتي اليوم الذي يدعو فيه البعض أولياء أمورهم بابتهاج ويخبرونهم أن جهدهم قد أتى بثماره، ويتصل بهم البعض ليسأل من ضهودة(طبق الحلو) تحب أن تأكل لديك ….منزل أمين أو أنور ضيحة ….. لأننا نفاد مجموعنا 😂(مثلما فعلت😂).

Those who find them on merit lists of govt medical colleges are really lucky as they get subsidized and quality education. Girls ratio is high on that merit lists as they are more competitive,attentive and dedicated to their studies. But still in professional life there is big lacuna of female doctors.
Isn’t this wrong to those students who got rejected because of them?
Isn’t this like deceiving your state which funded you?
What’s the reason for it when each year thousands of girls are graduating then why we do have only hundreds doing practical work and paying for that subsidised education.

أولئك الذين يجدونهم في قوائم الجدارة لكليات الطب الحكومية محظوظون حقًا لأنهم يحصلون على تعليم مدعوم وعالي الجودة. نسبة الفتيات مرتفعة في قوائم الجدارة حيث أنهن أكثر قدرة على المنافسة والانتباه والتفاني في دراستهن. ولكن لا تزال هناك ثغرة كبيرة في عدد الطبيبات في الحياة المهنية.
أليس هذا خطأ في حق هؤلاء الطلاب الذين تم رفضهم بسببهم؟
أليس هذا بمثابة خداع دولتكم التي مولتكم؟
ما هو السبب وراء تخرج الآلاف من الفتيات كل عام، فلماذا لدينا المئات فقط يقومون بالعمل العملي ويدفعون تكاليف التعليم المدعوم.

Causes:

1. Recently what i have observed here in Pakistan,mbbs has become a Rishta Scheme( gambit to get married). Obviously we boys will select it for reputation and money but for many families and girls mbbs is just a way to get better spouse and their this master formula works as well.

2. Still we feel that to feed woman is ultimate responsibility of her man and if we a lady contributes something to their family it’s against their dignity (i agree to first portion not second). So Resultingly lady who worked day and night ,sacrificed her sleep to get enrolled and pass that knotty degree ,is now resting on bed ,doing house chores and wasting her talent and investment as well.

3. Third reason which i feel matters alot is atmosphere inside workplace. I don’t agree at all with feminists saying we have patriarchal society but yet atmosphere isn’t that smooth as well to encourage women to work with peaceful mind without any fear of assault,judgements and emotional breakdown.

4. When you get graduation in mbbs ,you nd your family as well set high expectations. Office with commodities and luxurious life . And when they are asked to perform their professional activities in backward area ,they just refuse that offer. As they think it’s against their standard.

5. Lack of proper opportunities can also be a major reason for many jobless graduates. I have witnessed 567 gynaecologist applying for one govt job.
   Such things are obviously discouraging as in private sectors big whales don’t let any new fish to survive.

الأسباب:**

1. ما لاحظته مؤخرًا هنا في باكستان هو أن Mbbs أصبح مخطط ريشتا (المناورة للزواج). من الواضح أننا نحن الأولاد سنختاره من أجل السمعة والمال، ولكن بالنسبة للعديد من العائلات والفتيات، يعد mbbs مجرد وسيلة للحصول على زوج أفضل، وهذه الصيغة الرئيسية تعمل أيضًا.

2. ما زلنا نشعر أن إطعام المرأة هو المسؤولية النهائية للرجل وإذا ساهمنا نحن السيدة بشيء ما في أسرتها فهذا ضد كرامتهم (أوافق على الجزء الأول وليس الثاني). ونتيجة لذلك، فإن السيدة التي عملت ليلًا ونهارًا، وضحت بنومها من أجل الالتحاق بهذه الدرجة المعقدة، أصبحت الآن تستريح على السرير وتقوم بالأعمال المنزلية وتضيع موهبتها واستثماراتها أيضًا.

3. السبب الثالث الذي أشعر أنه مهم للغاية هو الجو داخل مكان العمل. أنا لا أتفق على الإطلاق مع النسويات القائلات بأن لدينا مجتمع أبوي ولكن مع ذلك الجو ليس سلسًا أيضًا لتشجيع النساء على العمل بعقل مسالم دون أي خوف من الاعتداء والأحكام والانهيار العاطفي.

4. عندما تتخرج في بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة، ستجد أيضًا أن عائلتك تضع توقعات عالية. مكتب بالسلع والحياة الفاخرة . وعندما يطلب منهم أداء أنشطتهم المهنية في المنطقة الخلفية، فإنهم يرفضون هذا العرض. لأنهم يعتقدون أنه ضد معاييرهم.

5. يمكن أن يكون الافتقار إلى الفرص المناسبة أيضًا سببًا رئيسيًا للعديد من الخريجين العاطلين عن العمل. لقد شاهدت 567 طبيبًا نسائيًا يتقدمون لوظيفة حكومية واحدة.
   من الواضح أن مثل هذه الأمور محبطة، حيث أن الحيتان الكبيرة في القطاع الخاص لا تسمح لأي سمكة جديدة بالبقاء على قيد الحياة.

Conclusion :
It is disheartening to see women facing difficulties intentionally or unintentionally to show their capabilities and play their role in society.Women unemployment affects not only financial condition of family but societal structure as well . It is obvious that when there will be no women in field,society will becime patriarchal for sure.

Developing countries like pakistan can’t afford such gender discrimination.Here ,ladies hesitate to visit male doctors even for serious conditions which leads to health complications.

Women unemployment is an attention seeking issue and serious efforts should be made to curb it .

خاتمة** :
ومن المحبط أن نرى النساء يواجهن صعوبات بقصد أو بغير قصد في إظهار قدراتهن ولعب دورهن في المجتمع. ولا تؤثر بطالة النساء على الوضع المالي للأسرة فحسب، بل على البنية المجتمعية أيضا. ومن الواضح أنه عندما لا تكون هناك نساء في الميدان، فإن المجتمع سيصبح أبويًا بالتأكيد.

الدول النامية مثل باكستان لا تستطيع تحمل مثل هذا التمييز بين الجنسين. هنا تتردد السيدات في زيارة الأطباء الذكور حتى في الحالات الخطيرة التي تؤدي إلى مضاعفات صحية.

البطالة بين النساء هي قضية تستحق الاهتمام وينبغي بذل جهود جادة للحد منها.

I think main role is of govt ,when govt is subsidising education then it must create opportunities as well as compell those students to whom it subsidised to work on public sector atleast for sometime. A contract like system can be sketched out .

There is need to raise awareness as well among populace that at this time arena man and woman both are like two wheels of bike(life)….if you want to run it….you will have to utilise both of them.

There is need to contrive steps as well to ensure safety and protection of ladies so that they may work properly without any discomfort.

Entrepreneurship should be promoted. Those who can afford should be encouraged to play in field on their own as well.

أعتقد أن الدور الرئيسي هو للحكومة، فعندما تدعم الحكومة التعليم، يجب عليها خلق الفرص وكذلك إجبار الطلاب الذين تدعمهم على العمل في القطاع العام على الأقل لبعض الوقت. يمكن رسم نظام مثل العقد.

هناك حاجة أيضًا إلى زيادة الوعي بين السكان بأن الرجل والمرأة في هذا الوقت يشبهان عجلتين من الدراجة (الحياة).... إذا كنت تريد تشغيلها.... فسيتعين عليك الاستفادة من كليهما.

هناك حاجة إلى اتخاذ خطوات أيضًا لضمان سلامة وحماية السيدات حتى يتمكن من العمل بشكل صحيح دون أي إزعاج.

وينبغي تعزيز ريادة الأعمال. وينبغي تشجيع أولئك الذين يستطيعون تحمل التكاليف على اللعب في الميدان بمفردهم أيضًا.
