Jacky came home today later than usual as his last client appointment ovrrun, but as it is very difficult to arrange an appointment with the client thus he went ahead instead of rescheduling.
It was pitch dark in the house, as he was about to on the light, he felt a sharp pain on his foot as he stepped on a piece of his son's toy on the floor. When the light comes on, he was shocked to realized what a mess!
Just as he was about to get angry, he realized the mess is unusual as if the house had been ransacked, the sliding door from the balcony was pry open and the lock is damaged. The house has been broken into. Worried about the safety of his family members, he reached out for his mobile phone and called his wife, feeling relived when he knows that they were out for dinner and not home yet.
He next dial the number of the police, and after which he step out of the house, worried that he might accidentally destroy evidence in the mess, he decided to wait for the arrival of the police in his car.
