"Oh my goodness!" Yelled Jane.
"What happened my dear?" Jack asked as he came running in as soon as he heard his wife screaming.
"We need a new weighting scale, this one is telling me I weight in at 60kg"
"Well, we need to exercise" replied Jack.

How many of us is like Jane? Blaming the weight scale when we gain some kilograms from our unrestricted diet and couch potato lifestyle. But Jack is right that we all need to exercise.

Some well established facts about exercising is we need to have 30-45 minutes of high intensity exercise 3 times a week to achieve "fat burning" results, the required element of our body.
We should also mixed cardio exercises with muscle strengthening exercises through weight training.

One misconception about exercising is that we need to hit the gym to do proper exercise, this is incorrect, we can make use of a elastic band or even the stairs to exercise. Not necessarily that we have to hit the gym.

Recovery after a gym session is just as important, be sure not to overstretched ourselves, while we need to exercise, we need to do it right and avoid injury.
