"The captain has been thrown under the bus" reads the headline of the newspaper in the morning, following remark from the team manager that Josh the team captain should bear a lot of responsibility for the team's failure to lift the President's cup, after being sent off in the 82nd minutes of the game.

Throw him under the bus again, seems to be the common tactics being used by Paul the manager when being asked about losses in his post match interview.

It's really uncalled for as in a team sport, it's the team's collective effot that brings victory home. No doubt, there will be better players, whom the team depends on more in desperate time. But a loss is a loss throwing anyone under the bus, don't solve anything. Instead it breeds a culture of betrayal, doins among the team. These behavior will only bring failure never success to the team where trust and cohesion matters a lot.

How should one react when he's being thrown under the bus? Gracefully takes it and works to bring harmony? Or to continue the blaming and accusation game?
