Thomas is interrupted by a message during his teleconference with his investors. It was from the Landowner they were engaging on to try to purchase that piece of land from the owner, the issue at hand is the pricing of the 20 arches of land.
The group proposed a price tag of 200 million for the land for a development project of a sports hub which consists of a soccer field, a swimming pool and an indoor courts with a few floors dedicated to a mall for other leisure activities like shopping and restaurants.
As the Landowner has acquired the piece of land from the state and now being private and free hold, he is seeking 500 million for the sales which Thomas and group feels overpriced.
Other than negotiating, the other action would be to seek alternative land from other land owners. The Landowner would usually have the advantage as land is a limited resources in the world today. And most of our daily needs and daily activities needs land, be it agriculture, living or like Thomas and group sports. Thus if we are able to be Landowner and not be overly burden financially, I think it's a worthwhile investment.
The landowner has the final say.
