Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - So Productive . Hope you enjoy the story.
Being productive at work is what we are being expected to be at work, but usually we will not want to be so productive at work, as we all know that more tasks will land on our plate if we are too productive and clears them too fast.
Productivity formula directly represent the above with Productivity = Total Output /Total Input. So mathematically we know that with a larger numerator and a smaller denominator, we would get a bigger answer.
Although the world is driven by maths, but we know the above formula works for the very experience. Sine they might have know the way to get certain things done by heart, thus they have a lower input. A newbie will need some room for error and thus time taken to complete a task would be longer.
Lastly, I believe a large number of us working to put food on the table and to afford some luxury in life. And people will compare, if one feels that they are busier than the others in the team , they would not want to be so productive. The one to be so productive yet no complaints would be automated robots who just follow coded instructions and setup.
