Information is being transmitted so rapidly, so frequently that I believe many of us are processing more than one piece of information from one source. Like now, I am crafting this story, while being mindful of time and if my transportation option are calling in at the stop. All these are possible as there are not much ambiguity in each piece of information my mind is processing. No second guessing. Therefore, it is important that we speak and handle information with clarity.

It is an important skill that we communicate with clarity and no ambiguity in the information we passed around. Why? You might wonder, if a piece of information is open to interpretation, not everyone with the same information will read it the same way. Parcel might get delivered to the wrong address. The sick might be given the wrong dosage of medication. Life and death might be on the line.

Thus, the responsibility is on us to ensure we handle information with not much ambiguity, what if there are ambiguity? Clarify on the spot and make sure we are absolutely clear especially in situation where key decisions or matters that affects life and death.
