"No! Only I sa No and I don't take no as an answer"

How many one of us has heard such statement as reply from our supervisor? Toe, his is an interesting phenomenon, it's a battle of wits between two working class. The workers would prefer to say No when asked, but the middle management has started to reject No as answer as they seek to hear proposal and approve either one from the many listed.

Then this raise a question for the workers, do we have the courage to ay No? Or are we simply just going to be "Yes" men to our bosses? While the former is more courageous, it runs the risk of office political punishment with career at risk of being stagnant. The latter seems safe but lacks integrity and will it be the best for the corporate or business?

We all know that group think happens in situation Ike this when all in the group are quick to agree with the leader, refusing or not willing to provide a second opinion or an alternate viewpoint.

So now, how do we say No! become an always challenge.
