"Request for Information" reads the title of the email that comes from Eric.

Eric, the employee hired to take over Garland as the product development engineer at the company a year ago, has emailed him for some technical knowledge once ago.

Garland, visibily irritated by the constant email simply replies with "No More Knowledge"

It has been a year, even the latest Iphone model has moved on from Iphone 16 to Iphone 17, yet he is still asking me for the old specific information. Which would have been expired by a year by now.

Garland is frustrated for a good reason as he has meticulously documented all the past mistakes and near miss into a comprehensive excel file and all access has been granted to Eric. Garland wonders if Eric has been reviewing his documents before dropping the email.

While he is serving notice, he has provided full support and generous guidance, sharing his experience and knowledge accumulated over a decade. But Eric is constantly applying for leave and has been out of office.

Another concern Garland has now is too frequent correspondence now might land him in hot soup as he's now with a competitor company.
