Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Is that music? Hope you enjoy the story.
James is rudely woken up by the loud striking of drum set from his next door neighbor. Feeling annoyed as it's the sleep in weekend he has been looking forward the whole week.
James went knocking onhis neighbor's door, the door slowly open and a young teenage was standing behind the latch open door.
"Is that music?" Confronted an angry James,
"It is, to me at least" replied the amused young gentleman behind the door.
Music, a combination of notes play in sequence by different instruments. It's perceived differently by different individuals. Some finds it soothing, relaxing for a piece, to others, they might be unable to appreciate the same piece. Well, that's the beauty of music and many other stuffs, each individual is entitled to their own feeling and opinions.
But in a population, we need to learn to be able to give and take and live in harmony as sound travel and we do not have much control over it, volume is one option, in many civilization, we are packed quite densely together, thus we should avoid "noise* as disturbance as much as possible.
