Good morning all, doing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - In the back of the fridge. Hope you enjoy the story.
"Mom, I cannot find the ingredients I need for my instant noodles" complaint Maggie
"It's in the back of the fridge" yelled irritated mom, how many of us are like Maggie? Always expecting to find what we need the moment we open the fridge door, following which our standard reaction is always to call out to our mom whenever we cannot find our stuff.
Now, that's the super power of our mom, the fridge is a few liters big, but our mothers will knows what we need and what's there in the fridge. They literally own the fridge. From where is the chili sauce to that slice of cheese. Our mom knows it all, till the point they could memorize the layout of the fridge.
But this also tells us an issue that most of us are not keenly involved in our kitchen. Till a point we cannot find our stuff, it could be that item is not even purchase by us, if it's placed into the fridge by us, we would have an idea where is it.
