As the company celebrate it's 50th anniversary of formation this year. The executive team has lined up a series of celebratory events that will be taking place over the next 1 year.
Jim declare that I'm so Cultural when he's task with organizing a company trip to the country's largest museum. The chairman feels the need for all employee to understand the culture of the country they are located in, then they also need to understand the company culture, with both knowledge, they will stand to benefit how the company culture is in line with the country and it's ability to survive in the country for 50 years.
Most staffs feel that it's a good trip to have, given that they are working hard daily and the fast pace of life, they were unable to squeeze time out to be cultural. Thus they cannot self declare to be so Cultural like Jim.
