Panic attack can happen to anyone, it is totally understandable especially when we are handling situation for the first time or when we are overly concerned that what is going to happen next will mess up our plan. We were full of anxiety and our mind is so occupied that we forget to breathe, an ability that comes with us when we were born. No one taught us how to breathe when we were crying when we were born.

Why do I say we forget to breathe when we are full of anxiety? Signs of panic attack includes chest pain and shortness of breathe, in serious case, one might even just faint. And recalled that when we saw or handle someone who is full of anxiety and panicking is to tell him or her to relax, take a deep breathe and calm down. The Anxiety, Breathe, Calm down drill.

What are some situation that sends one full of anxiety? Taking an examination, preparing for an interview, a surprise proposal to your loved ones are some situation that I can think of that get one full of anxiety.
