This month's team building theme is unveiled to be Foster. But the executive team has decided to leave it to the rank and file ground staffs to decide what they are fostering, so long it stays positive.
But the clue has been given, it's a team building theme. So it has to be fostering of teamwork. This is where it gets interesting, all teams are given the same amount of budget per headcount, so what kind of activity can each team come up with is of course different as not all team headcount are the same.
Some teams could be engaging external event planner if they have a bigger strength and with that they can relax and just wait for event day and participate. Where else, teams with a smaller size would have to do more recce and choice search to try to get a fun event keeping to the budget.
To add some spices to the challenge, it is also announced that senior leadership would also join randomly drawn teams for their event, but these senior leaders comes with no headcount budget but instead sits on the curent team budget.
