"Put on your best suit and also your best behavior, First Impression matters" Linsey's mother was reminding her she gets ready for her blind date.
Let us explore first impression, we create an mental impression of some one or something we encounter within milliseconds. And first impression is the mental note and feelings we had when we encounter for the first time. It's important to note that we would need even more effort to change a bad impression than having a great impression.
We must note that there are occasions when first impression once created, we had no second chance to improve it. An example would be blind date or a job interview. If we were to leave a bad first impression, our date would simply blacklist us and avoid any future contact. Likewise, our interviewer would strike us off and fail us for the interview, no matter how well we know the job won't help.
Therefore, are there any sure win method to create a good first impression? Surely there is, that is to conduct ourselves properly and truly always even in daily momens as you never know, anytime, eyes are watching.
