Falsifying something is definitely not the right thing to do. As we are putting in an effort to create an untrue. I would say most of the time, falsifying something would usually comes with an selfish intent.
This brings us to discuss what are some of the documents people would falsify. As a kid, our role would children to our parents and also a student, as a student, they might falsify their exam results as this is the thing we are accountable for. And usually, teachers would require a parent / guardian signature to acknowledge.
As we grow up, we step into the working society, we started working, then people might be falsifying medical certificate so they can skip work without using up annual leave.
These are rather small items compared to reports of corporate officers falsifying business account to either manipulate the market and gain unlawful financial gains through insider trading. Or to avoid taxes payable by under declaring profits, last one that I can think of is to cheat loans from banks.
All the examples stared above are undesirable and should not be done.
