Roger, the manager of the sales manager has recently turned into the chimpanzee in the office, as he has gotten unconfirmed news of a possible merger of his local sales team into the Asia sales team and with that an opening of a regional sales manager that will oversee the larger merged team.
Of course, as the manager of the local sales team, he and his counter Aaron are the primary candidates for the new roles if it happens.
Thus, to have a stronger and more polished resume when application comes, Roger has established a dotted target line for his sales representatives. An unofficial number that is higher than that of what the business plan defined. His representatives naturally unhappy has called him the chief chimpanzee in the office, this has also inevitably force the team to the primatics of power fight as the fight n office politics that comes down right from the top.
Staffs are force to choose their camp, the leader in the chimpanzee pack. This is no laughing matter as there will be consequences when one camp wins and likely they will take out the other team. A pack o human chimpanzee fighting it out in the office.
