Smile, the weapon of any sales personnel. Henry, the Sales director of Bright Smile Dental is especially particular about the way his staff smile and greets the customer. They have a morning routine of reporting to his office first thing after they clock in daily for the smile inspection.
Only when Henry is satisfied with the smile, then they are allowed to start their day. But he has the right to demad as he leads by example. He has a great smile.
His smile radiates confidence, shows off his clean teeth, a great testament to the company. And he makes the patient feels welcome and assured. By
He dislike it when your smile loks forced, insincere and shows bared teeth. If it happens, the staff will be removed from his sales duty and be made to undergo smiles training, conducted by none others than Henry himself.
No one wants to undergo his training as it's so tough and boring that you effectively does nothing than trying to smile all day. Ad different smiles for different occasion but you would not be in the mood for the real smile.
