The coming weekend is the wedding of Wendy and Wilson, Jane, their best friend is stuck in a difficult situation where the gown she ordered arrived late and to make matter worse, it is a badly made gown, the workmanship is bad, the gown is not balance as the left side feels slightly higher and the sewing barely passed as the threads are threatening to come off if Jane pull it harder, she had no choice but to go down to the shop to return the badly made gown and to change it for one off the shelves.

With the advancement of technology, it has changed the way how we work, as trouble shooting tool first and foremost is our AI bots. How we learn as now we refer to YouTube for visual illustration or again asking AI first instead of our instructor. And also the way we consume data which in turn affects the way we live. Let me give you an example, the way we make purchases has definitely shifted from visiting brick and mortar outlet to online stores on various platforms.

Online shopping has given us the luxury of retail therapy from our home, bulk purchase without having to travel and carry it home, but the downside is what we see is what we get, and incident like Jane,s badly made gown would have had happened to most of us at least once.M
