We make multiple decisions daily in our lives, starting from what time to wake up, whatto wear today to the office etc.
Certain decision we are allowed enough time to consider and ponder before arriving at our final decision, but certain decision needs to be taken in split second.
As a leader, especially leaders of certain profession need to be always decisive, as their profession needs them to take decisions swiftly and decisively. As such, one quality they need to posses is a clear mind and to stay calm always, thinking quickly to make the best decision at that instances.
First occupation that needs a leader to be always decisive is the leader of a first responder team, as they are usually the first to be deployed to the incident site and the decision to be taken could be between life and death and thus they have to be thinking on their feet and always decisive is required of them.
Likewise another two professions that needs one to be always decisive is a military commander where you allow the opposite force to take one more tactical deployment more than you is an additional risk, and an A&E doctor where the casualties can arrive in various state and without much knowledge of their medical history, an A&E doctor has to stay decisive to sustain and recover their life vitals.
