A New Empire in Writing

Source

When I was in secondary school, I scribbled thoughts in the margins of old notebooks, unsure if they made sense or mattered to anyone but me. My stories and write ups felt small, like whispers in a noisy world. But something shifted the day I chose to take writing seriously, not just as a hobby, but as a voice, a purpose.

I started with one honest sentence, then another. Slowly, my words began to take shape, gathering strength. Each paragraph became a brick, each idea a wall. Before I knew it, I was building something bigger that even I, myself could not believe- a new empire in writing.

This empire isn’t made of gold or armies. It’s made of imagination, resilience and passion. It's where my thoughts rule, where my creativity leads, and where silence yield striking expressions.
And though it’s still growing, this empire is proudly mine.
