Life is a trip, but a lot of people struggle to really live good life, because of burdens weighing them down.
Fear is among the largest obstacles that human face in life, the uncertainty, rejection, or terror of failure keep individuals paralyzed and trapped in "what ifs" rather than pursuing "what could be."
Doubt, the silent voice saying you are not enough, presents yet another challenge. Before dreams are born, doubt kills them. Beside it is procrastination stealing opportunities and time, hence replacing regrets.
The reality, however, every impediment to living is also a challenge to grow. The obstacles we face are there to make us stronger, not to obstruct us.
To live totally, we have to face fear, quash doubt, and act in spite of doubt. Real life starts when we courageously embrace life rather than live in doubt.
