Pront: Carece de sensibilidad.

Cuando comienza a trabajar, ya sea para una empresa o para una institución, uno vez las realidades muy diferentes, a como la podrían ver los jefes o responsables del trabajo, y eso es normal, ya que uno como empleado, siempre piensa que su labor, su esfuerzo, y su responsabilidad, debe ser reconocida y premiada, por el empleador.

Más, cuando uno se esfuerza en realizar un trabajo eficiente, que cubra todas las responsabilidades del puesto que uno ocupa, e inclusive cuando se llega más allá a nivel de colaboración y esfuerzo. Uno siempre espera que ese esfuerzo y que ese trabajo sea reconocido y recompensado.

Por otro lado, en ocasiones, nos encontramos jefes, supervisores y compañeros de trabajo, que en lugar de apoyar nuestro esfuerzo, se enfocan en la crítica y la envidiar. Estos individuos tienden a juzgar y revisar constantemente nuestro trabajo, buscando errores en lugar de reconocer logros.

Esas situaciones de egoísmo y envidia, de esas personas, muestran una gran falta de sensibilidad y respeto, hacía el compañero de trabajo, que se esfuerza por hacer lo mejor posible sus tareas y en el cumplimiento de sus responsabilidades.

Esto es algo que siempre pasa en los trabajos, y tiene que ver con la condición humana, con el deseo de ganar y obtener más con un mínimo esfuerzo, y con la crítica destructiva, hacia todos aquellos que rompan con el patrón del estado de confort de la mayoría de los empleados y trabajadores.

Por eso, siempre es bueno, buscar la forma de crear un emprendimiento, formar una propia empresa, donde el esfuerzo y los logros que uno obtenga, sean realmente bien recibidos y valorados, y eso lo haremos a la medida que vayamos progresando en nuestro propio emprendimiento productivo.

Y así, nuestro trabajo y nuestro esfuerzo, deja de depender de la valoración de los demás, lo que nos da un nivel de paz y tranquilidad muy grande. Y donde aprendemos también una nueva visión del proceso productivo, que finalmente nos llevará a crecer y fortalecer, nuestro bienestar económico, para nosotros mismos.

When you start working, either for a company or for an institution, once the realities are very different, as the bosses or those responsible for the work might see it, and that's normal, since one as an employee, always thinks that his work, his effort, and his responsibility, should be recognized and rewarded, by the employer.

More, when one strives to perform an efficient job, which covers all the responsibilities of the position one occupies, and even when one goes beyond at the level of collaboration and effort. One always expects that effort and that work to be recognized and rewarded.

On the other hand, sometimes we find bosses, supervisors and coworkers, who instead of supporting our effort, focus on criticism and envy. These individuals tend to constantly judge and review our work, looking for mistakes instead of recognizing achievements.

Those situations of selfishness and envy, of those people, show a great lack of sensitivity and respect, towards the co-worker, who strives to do his tasks as best as possible and in the fulfillment of his responsibilities.

This is something that always happens at work, and it has to do with the human condition, with the desire to earn and get more with minimal effort, and with destructive criticism, towards all those who break with the pattern of the comfort state of most employees and workers.

Therefore, it is always good to look for a way to create an entrepreneurship, to form one's own company, where the effort and achievements one obtains are really well received and valued, and we will do that as we progress in our own productive entrepreneurship.

And so, our work and our effort, stops depending on the assessment of others, which gives us a very great level of peace and tranquility. And where we also learn a new vision of the productive process, which will eventually lead us to grow and strengthen, our economic well-being, for ourselves.
