Pront: Una bala perdida.

Hay momentos en la vida, en lo que uno se enfrenta a situaciones que jamás esperaba, y eso pasa, normalmente cuando uno siente que tiene la seguridad y el control de todas las situaciones que conciernen a su vida, pensando que la misma esta asegurada y en medio de un proceso de tranquilidad.

Sin embargo, ese sentimiento es una falacia, debido a que nosotros no controlamos nada y por lo tanto, no tenemos la seguridad de nada. Y aunque pensamos que somos los dueños de nuestras vidas y nuestras decisiones, en los momentos fuertes de la vida, nos damos cuenta de que eso no es así.

Y aunque esta realidad, es incomoda para nuestro ego, y para nuestra forma de pensar es tan cierta como la luz del sol que nos calienta en el día, o como el agua que bebemos para refrescarnos.

Un ejemplo clásico, de esta realidad, que está presente en la vida de todos nosotros, es cuando planificamos hacer algo, como ir al trabajo al día siguiente, el realizar una compra o cualquier otra tarea, y se nos presenta un imprevisto y nos cambia todo lo planificado.

Pero hay veces, que esos imprevistos se presentan de una manera tan fuerte, que cambian toda nuestra vida en un minuto, y cuando eso pasa, nosotros quedamos como una bala perdida en el aire, sin saber dónde vamos a caer, qué va a pasar con nuestra vida, y quedamos asustados sin soportes y sin seguridades.

Y es en esos momentos de la vida, cuando pasamos por una pérdida total, que nos damos cuenta de que realmente no tenemos el control de nada, y de que por ese motivo, debemos disfrutar de cada regalo que nos da la vida al máximo en el momento en que lo recibimos.

Y es en ese proceso de vivir en el aquí y en el ahora, donde le sacamos el mayor provecho a la existencia de la vida. Ya que ahora entendemos que en la vida todo cambia, y lo que es una certeza hoy, puede ser una necesidad y un recuerdo para el mañana.

Pront: A stray bullet.

There are moments in life, in which one faces situations that one never expected, and that happens, usually when one feels that one has the security and control of all the situations that concern one's life, thinking that it is assured and in the middle of a process of tranquility.

However, this feeling is a fallacy, because we do not control anything and therefore, we do not have the security of anything. And although we think that we are the owners of our lives and our decisions, in the strong moments of life, we realize that this is not so.

And although this reality is uncomfortable for our ego, and for our way of thinking it is as true as the sunlight that warms us up in the day, or as the water that we drink to refresh ourselves.

A classic example of this reality, which is present in the life of all of us, is when we plan to do something, such as going to work the next day, making a purchase or any other task, and an unforeseen event occurs and changes everything planned.

But there are times when these unforeseen events present themselves in such a strong way that they change our whole life in a minute, and when that happens, we are left like a stray bullet in the air, not knowing where we are going to fall, what is going to happen to our life, and we are scared without supports and without security.

And it is in those moments of life, when we go through a total loss, that we realize that we really don't have control over anything, and that for that reason, we should enjoy every gift that life gives us to the fullest the moment we receive it.

And it is in this process of living in the here and now, where we get the most out of the existence of life. Because now we understand that everything changes in life, and what is a certainty today, can be a necessity and a memory for tomorrow.
