After a natural disaster, the inhabitants of a city are in danger, at that time the fire services and rescue groups are doing everything possible to attend to all the people who need help, but the situation is much more complicated than first thought.

Now the rescuers are trying to provide a quick and efficient response to the victims; however, when requesting resources and implements, both they and the victims are encountering political and bureaucratic obstacles, which hinder their rescue activities and the ability to provide help.

While politicians worry about not taking responsibility in making important decisions, and not being classified as inefficient before their party bosses and before society, which aggravates the situation due to the lack of response. Faced with this, the Head of the Rescue Operation argues with the Governor of the State and tells him that the situation is serious and that there is no time for that, to be waiting for political answers.

This situation makes the Head of the Rescue Operation make quick and effective decisions, ignoring the politicians to respond to the people. He knows more than anyone, that there is no time for useless political discussions. His goal is to give real answers to people who need help.

When the Governor finds out what the Head of the Rescue Operation is doing, he calls him and starts threatening him, to which the Head responds over the radio, in front of his team leaders, “I can't talk to you anymore, I don't have time for that.” He hung up the call and got to work with his people, earning their respect and consideration.

Después de una catástrofe natural, los habitantes de una ciudad se encuentran en situación de peligro, en esos momentos los servicios de Bomberos y los grupos de rescate están haciendo todo lo posible por atender a todas las personas que necesitan ayuda, pero la situación es mucho más complicada de lo que se pensó en un primer momento.

Ahora los recatistas, están tratando de dar una respuesta rápida y eficiente a las víctimas; sin embargo, al solicitar recursos e implementos, tanto ellos como las víctimas, se están encontrando con obstáculos políticos y burocráticos, que entorpecen sus actividades de rescate y la capacidad de brindar ayuda.

Mientras los políticos, se preocupan por no tomar la responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones importantes, y de no ser catalogados como ineficientes ante sus jefes de partido y ante la sociedad, lo que agrava la situación por la falta de respuesta. Ante esto, el Jefe de la Operación de Rescate, discute con el Gobernador del Estado y le dice que la situación es grave y que no hay tiempo para eso, de estar esperando por respuestas políticas.

Esta situación hace que el Jefe de la Operación de Rescate, tome decisiones rápidas y efectivas, sin hacer caso de los políticos para dar respuesta a la gente. Él sabe más que nadie, que no hay tiempo para discusiones políticas inútiles. Su objetivo es dar respuestas reales a la gente que necesita ayuda.

Cuando el Gobernador se entera de lo que hace el Jefe de la Operación de Rescate, lo llama y comienza a amenazarlo, a lo que el Jefe le responde por la radio, frente a sus líderes de equipo, “No puedo seguir hablando con usted, no tengo tiempo para eso”. Colgó la llamada y se puso a trabajar con su gente, ganándose su respeto y consideración.
