WHILE SEARCHING.

(edited)
This prompt has got me thinking really deeply. I mean, is it really on the other aisle? How can one be so sure?

Unlike the aisles we have in shops and malls where item are neatly arranged and categorised with their price tags on them, the aisles of life are most time arrayed with huge shelves that are full of different item that hasn't been sorted or categorised. One can't always point at a particular "aisle" in life and say for sure that aisle holds a specific category of items without the sense of doubt, even the smallest bit.

One can be on an aisle and believe that they will get what they are looking for, even if the aisle is totally in disarray. Now here's where the question lies: how will one know exactly that the aisle they are on really doesn't or does have what they might be looking for?

No doubt, people get lucky enough to get what they are looking for immediately or just after a few searches. But that is not a formula. It cannot be trusted. Also, one can be searching a particular aisle where what they are looking for is indeed there, but just before they could reach it they give up and move to the next aisle. And then at the end of the day they conclude that what they want doesn't exist. While others decide to settle for what seems fair enough, since they didn't get what they actually wanted, either because they were on the wrong aisle, were not patient enough to search till they found, or what they want truly doesn't exist yet.

Another point to consider is, how long does one need to stay and keep searching an aisle before they give up and move to the next?

Bottom line is, indeed, what one might be looking is in the other aisle, but one can never truly know.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. See you soon. 🤗

peace out ✌️
