You might never know what it feels like to be hungry until the day you are hungry, you might never know what it feels like to be in pain until you pass through something that brings pain, you might never appreciate good health until the day you fall sick.

Let us learn to raise a helping hand, because people are suffering.

Help those you can help, look around and you will see them, but if you cannot help them, let them be, do not add to their suffering.
