Not Critical ?

So the other day I went to the clinic for the normal medical check up, after getting the card and doing other check up, it was time to see the doctor. We had a chat and I complained of headache and fever, I told her the fever was not that critical. She looked at me and said again, you mean it's not critical. I said yes , and she asked ,then why are you here since it's not critical.
It was there and then that I knew that anything that takes you to the hospital, is critical. She now did some work explanation and refered me to the laboratory for some test. You know the hospitals in my country na, I had to wait for hours before the lab scientist arrived to start work. It was not a nice experience, but it's a critical issue for our government to look into.
