A picture is worth a thousand words

Christmas won't be complete without a bunch of gift exchange. Elena have gotten a gift box from her dad. She was excited about the gift but her mind was drifted. The boy next door, she had observed him from her room window looking out to find friendship to the boy next door but he seems not to notice her.

I will talk to him the next day she thought keeping the gift on the table. She rolled from one end of the bed to another. What if he doesn't accept the gift. She thought to herself, her self-esteem was going to 30%. She didn't want to be embrassed on being kind. The next day was pregnant.

She approached him when she sighed him outside his house from her window. She climbed down the staircase careful enough not to bomb into her mum and dad but thankfully they weren't anywhere close.

"Hey! I'm Elena. What about you? She struggled to start a conversation. He looked at her with an arched eyebrow but Elena wasn't backing off.

"We moved into the neighborhood few weeks, I thought if we could be friends" she rubbed her palm together to reduce the tension.

"I'm Daniel, it's nice to meet you, I live with my Uncle" Elena nodded in enthusiasm.

"Merry Christmas, I will love to give you this gifts. It's the season of merry"

"Thank you so much" Daniel smiled wholeheartedly. It wasn't a bad idea Elena thought, he looked unapproachable but now they are good buddies.
