A picture worth a thousand words. The journey to great success.

(edited)

A lonely path is what I see with tall trees having their leaves at their best.
This could be some resting place or it could be a path to a great location since the path is clear and indicates that there is frequent movement of people on that path.

Fred took his son on a walk.
Fred: Son, I want to teach you something about life. He took him through the lonely path.

Son: Yes Daddy!!

Fred: Can you walk on this path alone?

Son: No, Daddy I can't.

Fred: Why?

Son: It's too quiet and lonely, I might be hurt if I happen to walk down this path alone. The son replied as he held his father very closely.

Fred: That's because you are scared.

Yes dad again the son replied.

Well the journey to success is the same as this path Fred, continued. You are left all alone to decide what your destiny will be, no one is going to walk with you and that's simply because everyone has got their own path to walk on.

You see this tiny road? Yes dad.
Well constructed for just one person to move on at a time.
You see these trees? Yes dad.

They represent people you will meet along the road on your journey to achieving your destiny. Some of them you find a good rest when you seem tired you can just relax and lean on them, some of them give you some cool breeze to help you relax while others stand as obstacles preventing you from getting to your destination on time.

The ones you lean on, get good and ventilated air represents good people who will help lift you at the cause and don't forget the one who will always try to see that they stop you from reaching your goal.

All you need to do is still focus and make sure you keep moving come rain come sun and at the end you will be thankful to yourself and those that helped you.

They walked gently and in no time appeared in a nice location and Fred's son was happy at what he saw even though the road was long and quiet but it was worth the movement. When you know this you will not be scared of moving even alone on that path.

If I allow you to come here tomorrow will you be able to walk alone on that path? Fred asked his son again.

Yes, Dad!!! His son replied with excitement filled in his heart as he saw so many people and children having a good time.

I wonder how old the son is to receive such a lecture. He sounds young and young children are easily distracted, like to discover and don't see the danger adults see so I wonder how that little boy turned into a scared person, not eager to discover the world. Will he remember the story told?

He probably will learn little if not all, and when there is a constant follow up it gives room for a mature mind even if the age is small.
