As a leader, one the most difficult tasks to do for an organization is putting together capable and competent personnels to get a job done efficiently.
When you have an association of good people, task can be done with ease.
Every organization be it religious or cooperate is project bound or goal oriented.
Organizations usually have vision and mission statements that guides them into achieving their goals.
The ability to interprete these vision and mission statements into workable plans to achieve the organization's goal requires competent hands.
However assembling these capable hands sometimes become difficult due to bias recruitment processes. Competency is traded and sacrificed on the grounds of nepotism and favoritism, giving rise to inefficiency which slows down the growth of an organization and in most cases lead to it's death. Therefore, the need for association of the good, cannot be over emphasized.
