In the workplace, there are just some people that can walk in and out without suspicion in a meeting that they actually do not know what is going on. They are really good at spinning things without blinking their eye and sound convincing.

However, while they can do that in a meeting with higher ups, people who do have the domain knowledge can easily diffuse them if they want to. So watch out for the faces of the technical experts, if their face flinch a little, you know some people are telling lies or smoking their way out in the meeting.

These people are pests and should be exposed whenever possible so that they do not cause more problems for others. The worse is for them to lead people down a wrong path because they look and sound so confident that people do not know that they know absolutely nothing.
