Turkey bacon, one of my favourites kind of meat. That rich and savoury taste really makes me crave for more. But most of the time, I would eat this with something else such as bread or with past and the key to enjoying this is to have it diced to small bits. Somehow whenever I eat this, smaller diced size tasted way better because a bigger piece would have a prolonged salty feel which makes it a little overpowering.

Some people prefer to buy it off the supermarket prepared but somehow whenever my mum prepares it, her version is just so good. Writing about this, I can't wait to head to her place and eat the turkey bacon prepared by her.
