Jimmy had been working on this for a very long time. He had gathered all he needed, documented carefully what he had achieved over the years he had contributed in the company and he now just need to take one more step - to click on the application button in the internal transfer portal of his company.

Having contemplated over this for the last 6 months, Jimmy assessed the situation clearly. He knew by staying longer will not yield him anything good. Career prospect is more like to take a tumble instead of progressing. There is no clear indication from his current leaders that they will focus on grooming him and help him advance his career other than picking at his weakness and all.

He knew this is not the place to stay. An environment that grew in toxicity over the years. He shifted his mouse cursor onto the "apply" word on the screen. The agony of leaving the department he sow into for the last 15 years struck him as he decides on that one last step on clicking his mouse....
