There is no room for such a stereotype. This is a strong statement that was being called out in the town hall meeting earlier today. The reason is due to strong gender stereotype are still prevalent and affected gender equality in the company. Woman are undermined within the company and typically not considered for important roles which got to the notice of feminist groups in the country and things got escalated in quite a bad fashion.

In the town hall, it was emphasized that there should be no discrimination to put upon anyone and everyone whom is assessed capable will be considered for benefits and promotion with no one being undermined. With that being said, on top of gender, all other forms of stereotypes are not welcome.

"We are a multinational company and will not tolerate anyone who discriminates."
Anyone found to do so will be asked to leave the company.
